It’s been a good month so far and I’m still sticking to my workouts. I was somewhat over eager and joined 4 fitness groups in Facebook! It’s been tough keeping up with all of them! I’m feeling great and can tell I’m getting stronger. I’ve been running, doing Zumba, and boot camp. And I’m starting the Paleo diet this month. I’m loving the fresh fruits and vegetables! So far so good. I’m not missing the sweets too bad yet!
